Hisense sells everything from fridges to ranges, and any of them can need a repair. Southland repairs Hisense home appliances in Calgary. We’re independent, and repairs come with our 90-day warranty.

About Hisense
Hisense traces back to a radio factory set up in Qingdao, China, in 1969. Its appliance side is run through Hisense Home Appliances Group, a publicly listed subsidiary. Hisense Canada’s website lists refrigerators, freezers, ranges, dishwashers, wine and beverage coolers, microwaves and laundry among its home appliances.

Find your model and serial number
Hisense Canada has a model number finder organized by product. Fridges and freezers have two labels on the left inside wall of the cabinet, a backup label at the bottom rear, and the model and serial on the back. Ranges have a serial tag in the left panel of the bottom drawer and a label at the lower left corner. Dishwashers have the tag on the right inner side of the door.

How service works
We can look at your Hisense appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
