Wolf Appliance Repair in Calgary
Wolf is a cooking brand, so a problem usually shows up at the stove or in the oven. If a Wolf range, rangetop or wall oven is acting up, Southland can inspect it in Calgary. We’re independent, and repairs come with our 90-day warranty.

About Wolf
Wolf is the cooking line of the Sub-Zero Group, based in Madison, Wisconsin. Sub-Zero acquired the domestic appliance line of Wolf Range Corporation in 2000. Wolf’s product range covers ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves, warming drawers and ventilation hoods.

Find your model and serial number
Sub-Zero Group publishes a Wolf serial tag guide organized by product. On ranges, the tag sits at the bottom of the control panel on the far right, seen with the door open. For rangetops, it is on the left wall under the leftmost burner pan, so you remove the grates and burner parts first. Induction cooktops have it on the underside. Wall ovens differ by series, so check the guide.

How service works
We can look at your Wolf appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
