About Beko
Beko is a brand of Arçelik, a company established in 1955 in Sütlüce, Istanbul, Turkey. Arçelik is controlled by Koç Holding. Beko’s US site lists refrigerators and freezers, cooking appliances, dishwashers, washers and dryers, plus built in wall ovens, microwaves and cooktops.

Find your model and serial number
Beko says every product has its own serial number. On its US help page, a range cooker carries it on the top wall of the inner frame, and a wall oven on the bottom of the inner frame behind the door. That page covers only those two product types, so for a fridge, washer or dishwasher have the owner’s manual or purchase papers handy.

How service works
We can look at your Beko appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
