Thermador is a kitchen brand, built around ranges, cooktops and ovens. If a burner won’t light or an oven runs cold, Southland can look at it in Calgary. We’re an independent shop, and repairs come with our 90-day warranty.

About Thermador
Thermador dates to 1916 and is based in Irvine, California. BSH, then a joint company of Bosch and Siemens, bought it in 1998, and it is part of BSH Home Appliances today. Its range includes ranges, rangetops, ovens, cooktops, ventilation, microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers.

Find your model and serial number
On Thermador’s Canadian page the model number, called the E-Nr, the FD number and the serial number, called the Z-Nr, are all printed on the appliance rating plate. The page shows a sample label but does not give a spot for each product, so use the manual’s plate diagram or the support line listed there.

How service works
We can look at your Thermador appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
