About Frigidaire
Frigidaire was founded in 1918 as the Guardian Frigerator Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and took the Frigidaire name in 1919. General Motors owned it from 1919 to 1979. White Consolidated Industries bought it in 1979, and Electrolux, a Swedish company, acquired White Consolidated in 1986. Frigidaire is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and sells fridges, freezers, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers and microwaves.

How service works
We can look at your Frigidaire appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
