About Kenmore
The Kenmore name dates to 1913, when it first appeared on a sewing machine sold by Sears. Today Kenmore is a registered trademark of Transform SR Brands LLC. The brand has been a label rather than a factory: its appliances have been built by other manufacturers, which is why two Kenmore models that look alike can have different parts inside. Kenmore’s website currently lists ranges, dishwashers, laundry and refrigerators.

Find your model and serial number
Kenmore’s manual search page says model numbers run at least 11 characters and use letters and digits only, but it does not say where the label sits. Sears PartsDirect describes a white or silver rating sticker. On fridges, look inside the door opening or near the crisper drawers. On washers, check under the lid or the back panel. On dryers, check the door opening. On ranges, check the oven frame. On dishwashers, check the tub rim.

We can look at your Kenmore appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
