How we diagnose and repair it
During a self-clean cycle a range can reach about 500 °C (900 °F), which can blow fuses, melt wires and burn out sensors and circuitry. We examine the systems that keep your range working at the right temperature, including sensors, safety fuses, control panels and coils.
