About Sub-Zero
Westye Bakke founded Sub-Zero in 1945 in Madison, Wisconsin, as the Sub-Zero Freezer Company, and the company is still headquartered there. Sub-Zero makes refrigeration and wine storage, while the cooking products carry the Wolf name under the same Sub-Zero Group.

Find your model and serial number
Sub-Zero’s serial tag guide gives a spot for each style. Classic, 600, 500 and 200 or 300 series fridges have the tag inside the door near the top hinge. Designer column models carry it inside the middle drawer, and tall and drawer designs inside the cabinet to the left of the upper drawer. Undercounter fridges and ice makers have it inside on the left side.

How service works
We can look at your Sub-Zero appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
