About Fisher & Paykel
Fisher & Paykel started in New Zealand in 1934 with Woolf Fisher and Maurice Paykel, and its appliance division is headquartered in East Tāmaki, Auckland. Haier bought most of the appliance business in 2012, so it now operates as a Haier subsidiary. Its current range covers cooking, ventilation, cooling and dishwashing.

Find your model and serial number
Fisher & Paykel keeps a serial number location chart sorted by product. Fridges carry the label inside the cabinet at the bottom right. A single DishDrawer has it inside the cabinet under the drawer, and a double has it under the top drawer. Built-in ovens have it under the control panel, inside the oven, and cooktops underneath near the gas entry on the left. The chart is from 2018, and the company notes actual labels may differ.

How service works
We can look at your Fisher & Paykel appliance in your home, or in our shop for smaller items. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
