Samsung sells everything from small HD sets to large QLED and OLED screens, and any of them can end up with a dark screen or no sound. We repair Samsung TVs in Calgary, at your home or at our shop.
In-shop diagnostic $50 + GST (credited toward the repair if you proceed). In-home service call $95 + GST. Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
About Samsung

Find your model and serial number
Check the label on the back panel of the TV, which lists the model number and serial number. Photograph it before wall mounting. On 2022 and newer models, press Settings, open All Settings, then Support, then About This TV. On 2021 and older models, open Smart Hub, then Settings, Support, About This TV.

How service works
Large Samsung TVs can be repaired in your home, and smaller items can be brought to our shop. Southland repairs TVs. We do not sell TVs. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
