Find your model and serial number
Look for the product sticker on the back of the TV, usually near the side input terminals. The model name may also be engraved on the front panel, and the model and serial numbers are separate lines. On Google TV models, press Help and open System information. On other sets, press Home and look under Settings for Customer Support, then Product Information.
