About Bose
Bose was founded in 1964 by Amar Bose and is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. It is known for speakers and home audio systems, and also makes soundbars, home theatre systems and portable Bluetooth speakers.

Find your model and serial number
Bose says the serial number sits on the back or bottom of a soundbar, on the back or bottom of an Acoustimass module, or on the bottom of a control console. For products paired to a Bose app, the app lists it under Settings, then Product Info.

How service works
Home visits suit large items such as projectors or home theatre systems that are hard to move, and smaller Bose items can be brought to our shop. Southland repairs electronics. We do not sell them. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
