Find your model and serial number
When you register an Onkyo product, the form asks for the model number from the owner’s manual, written with dashes like TX-RZ3100. For the serial number it wants the first 16 digits, without the final letter.

How service works
Home visits suit large items such as projectors or home theatre systems that are hard to move, and smaller Onkyo items can be brought to our shop. Southland repairs electronics. We do not sell them. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.

Southland works as an independent shop. Onkyo is a trademark of its owner, and we are not affiliated with Onkyo or authorized by it.
