TCL has become a familiar name on Canadian TV walls, with QLED and Mini LED sets in many sizes. Southland repairs TCL televisions and soundbars in Calgary, in your home for large screens or at our shop for smaller items.
In-shop diagnostic $50 + GST (credited toward the repair if you proceed). In-home service call $95 + GST. Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
About TCL
TCL started in 1981 as TTK, an audio cassette maker in Huizhou, Guangdong, and took the TCL name in 1985. TCL makes TVs and sound bars.

Find your model and serial number
TCL says to check the back of the TV, a side panel near the ports, or the bottom edge for a line marked Model. On Google TV, go to Home, Settings, System, About. On Fire TV, use Settings, My Fire TV, About. On Roku TV, use Settings, System, About. The serial number is a separate identifier.

How service works
Large TCL TVs can be repaired in your home, and smaller items can be brought to our shop. Southland repairs TVs. We do not sell TVs. In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST ($95 plus mileage plus GST outside Calgary), with parts and labour on top. You get a repair quote before any work. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
