A simple process from first call to finished repair.
1. Tell us what’s wrong
Call us or send the online request with the make, model and a short description of the problem.
2. We book your repair
We’ll arrange an in-home visit or have you bring the item to our shop, whichever suits the job.
3. Diagnosis and quote
A technician finds the fault and gives you the price before the repair goes ahead.
4. Repair and warranty
Once the repair is complete, you receive a complimentary 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship.

Common questions
How much is a diagnostic?
The in-shop diagnostic is $50 plus GST. It is non-refundable, and if you go ahead with the repair the $50 is credited toward the repair cost. An in-home service call is $95 plus GST, a one-time charge for travel time. It is not applied toward the repair, and parts and labour are charged on top. Outside Calgary it is $95 plus mileage plus GST. A second trip back for the same repair has no further service call fee. See services and pricing for details.
Do you come to my home or do I bring it in?
Both in-home and in-shop service are available. Tell us what you have when you call and we’ll advise which suits the job.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Every completed repair includes a complimentary 90-day warranty on the parts and workmanship of that repair.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
What should I have ready when I call?
The make, model and serial number (usually on a label inside the door or on the back), plus a short description of the problem and any error code.
