About Tuscany
Named after the Italian region, Tuscany was established in 1994 at Calgary’s western edge. Crowchild Trail forms its northern boundary, Stoney Trail and Nose Hill Drive run along the east, and Twelve Mile Coulee Road marks the west, beyond which lie Lynx Ridge and Bearspaw acreages. The 2019 census counted 6,672 dwellings, and in 2006 only about 7.6 per cent of buildings were condos or apartments, so this is largely a place of single-family houses.

Getting here
Tuscany is reached from the city centre along Crowchild Trail, or by Stoney Trail from the north and south. Twelve Mile Coulee Road marks the western edge of the community.

In-shop diagnostic: $50 plus GST, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. In-home service call: $95 plus GST, with parts and labour on top and a full quote before any repair. Every completed repair has a complimentary 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship. See services and pricing.
