About Panorama Hills
Ultima Development Corporation built Panorama Hills from 1994 on land bought from members of the Country Hills Golf Course, and it sits on the city’s northern edge. Stoney Trail wraps its north and west sides, Country Hills Boulevard runs along the south, and Harvest Hills Boulevard separates it from Coventry Hills. The 2019 census counted 25,710 residents in 8,199 dwellings, and builders such as Jayman, Cedarglen and Shane Homes shaped its streets.

Panorama Hills is reached by Country Hills Boulevard from the south, or Stoney Trail along the northern and western edge. Harvest Hills Boulevard links it to Coventry Hills on the east.
