About Mahogany
Calgary City Council approved Mahogany for development in 2007, and its sales centre and show home parade opened on 13 September 2008. It lies in the far southeast between 52 Street SE on the west and Stoney Trail on the north, with Auburn Bay as a neighbour and Seton to the southwest. Population grew from 788 in 2011 to 11,784 in the 2019 census, in 4,507 dwellings built by Jayman, Sabal, Trico and others.
