Diagnostic pricing
Every repair, appliance or electronics, starts with a diagnostic so our technicians can assess the fault and prepare an estimate for your approval. Final estimates vary by product and fault.
In-shop diagnostic
$50 + GST
Non-refundable. If you go ahead with the repair, the $50 is credited toward the repair cost.
In-home service call
$95 + GST
A one-time charge for travel time. It is not applied toward the repair, and parts and labour are charged on top. There is no further service call fee for a second trip back for the same repair. Outside Calgary: $95 + mileage + GST.
